To calculate how much it would cost to use You Are Here - Showcase Edition, simply add up the modules you need from the column with the corresponding number of booths for your show. Below is a description of the modules to help decide what you need.
Map Creation - This is where we take your floorplan and digitize it to work with our mapping solution. You will need this for which ever module you choose.
Admin Module - This module is for your staff to assign and track your exhibitors. This module runs on Windows® platforms W9.x through WinXP. If you need a web based admin module contact us for pricing.
Web Module - This module is intended for your exhibitors and attendees. With this exhibitors can see what booths are available, enter their descriptive paragraphs, etc. Attendees can locate exhibitors using a search engine or list, make a list of exhibitors they want to want to visit, and print reports.
Hosting for Web Module (W.M.) - To ensure efficiency and reliability, we host the application on our servers. We provide you the code to link to a line of text or a picture on your web page that will launch the application. The application is available from the time you announce the show on your website til one month after the end of the show. We do daily backups and monitoring of all our shows.
